Report a calculator or download problem

Use a subject such as “Calculator issue” or “PNG download issue.” Include:

• The page address and the action you tried, such as selecting a city or downloading a square card.
• What you expected to happen and what actually happened, including any visible error message.
• Your browser and device, and whether the issue also happens after a normal page reload.
• A cropped screenshot if it helps, with personal details and unrelated browser tabs removed.

Please do not send a birth certificate, identity document, password, or payment information. Start with a description that leaves out your birth date and exact birth time. For a missing place, the city and country are usually more useful than your complete birth record. If a calculation example is necessary, use fictional test inputs when they reproduce the same problem.

Suggest a correction or accessibility improvement

For an editorial correction, include the guide URL, the heading or sentence in question, and a source or example that explains the issue. We distinguish calculated placements from our creative color associations and approximate reference labels; How It Works describes those boundaries.

For an accessibility issue, describe the task that was difficult and, if relevant, your browser, keyboard workflow, or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical history. Specific feedback about a label, contrast problem, or unreachable control helps us reproduce the barrier.

Privacy questions

Use “Privacy request” in your subject and explain what information or correspondence your request concerns. Emailing us shares your sender address and whatever you include in the message. Read the Privacy Policy for the site's birth-input, location-search, analytics, advertising, and correspondence practices. Do not send sensitive documents with an initial request.
