Privacy Policy

The short version

The public palette generator does not require an account. Your birth inputs are used to calculate Sun, Moon, Rising and Venus, then create the visible palette. We do not save those birth inputs to our database.

Birth date, time and birthplace

The generator asks for a birth date, local birth time and birthplace. The date and time are processed in your browser. When you search for a birthplace, the city query is sent through our server to Open-Meteo's geocoding service so you can choose coordinates and a time zone. The returned location is then used in your browser for the calculation.

We do not attach these inputs to an account or save them in our application database. Open-Meteo processes location-search requests under its own terms and privacy information.

Palette selections and shared links

Your four signs and palette mood are held in the current browser session. A result link contains only the four selected placements and the palette mood. It does not contain your birth date, birth time or birthplace.

Downloads and sharing

Downloaded palette images are generated in your browser. When you choose Share, your device may open its native sharing interface. The destination app or service then handles the shared link, caption or image under its own privacy policy.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and security signals to deliver and protect the website. Your browser may store a theme preference locally. Old language preferences are ignored while the site is English-only.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Pageview to understand aggregate traffic, page use and site reliability. They may receive standard technical information, including the page URL. A shared-result URL can contain a compact code for the four placements and palette mood, but it never contains the birth date, birth time or birthplace used to calculate them. We do not intentionally send values typed into the calculator as custom analytics events, and we do not use birth inputs for advertising.

Policy changes

If the data flow, analytics setup or advertising status materially changes, this policy will be revised before or when that change takes effect. The updated date at the top identifies the current version.
